All proceeds from the Sweeney Muddy Fun Run will be for the SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity and the local Parish Church, St Philip and St James Church Morton.
Entrants wishing to run for their own charity may do so as long as they pay to enter

Sweeney Mountain, two miles south of Oswestry, some 16 miles from Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Welshpool is a picturesque village overlooking the Shropshire Plain at the foot of the Welsh Hills. Picturesque in the Summer that is and the perfect venue for a Mud Run in the Winter.
An all natural hilly course of Fields, Woodland, Wetlands, Streams and Mud Pools at Sweeney Mountain, Near Oswestry, Shropshire SY10 9EX.
